I have to back up a bit, because I took some fun pictures when we went to Roatan, Honduras in December and I thought we should start there with the photo ops.
December wouldn't be December without a Christmas tree, and you can't help but have lovely thoughts of Christmas in the tropics : >. Here we are at our hotel in Honduras after a day of diving fun!
The group on our dive boat came from all over the US, Michigan, Arkansas, California etc. and were a lot of fun and just wonderful people to spend a week with. We had some technical problems along the way, but with enough experienced divers that it made for easy diving. It was my maiden ocean diving adventure and it was sure fun! Jay said the water wasn't as clear as he rememberd it previously, so we'll just have to go back again, sometime, in January, when everyone else is freezing in Utaha !!!
This was the sunset on the last evening we were there. A few storms had gone through (causing the visability problems) and made for beautiful sunsets.
Onward and upward to our December/January adventures.
